At St. Joseph College of Engineering (SJCE), we have a Visionary Management, Excellent Infrastructure Facilities, Talented, Dedicated, and Caring Team of Staff, each of whom works very hard to ensure that the abilities of the students in our care are nurtured and carefully developed. Our Mission has always been to provide a Holistic and Value-based Quality Education that not only empowers students with Knowledge, Skills and Attitude (KSA) but also helps them for All Round Development of Students into Industry Ready, Employable, Responsible, Compassionate, Socially aware individuals, Good Citizens of India and overall Satisfaction of Students & Other Stakeholders.

We believe that Quality Education is not just about academic excellence but also about character formation, and we strive to instill in our students the values of integrity, discipline, and empathy. Today the role of a teacher is not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate and empower its students to be Lifelong learners, Critical thinkers and Productive Members of our ever changing global society.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our dedicated and Passionate Teaching and Non- teaching Staff who work tirelessly to provide the best educational experience for our students. To our Students, you are the heart of our institution. I encourage each one of you to embrace the opportunities that this academic year brings. Work hard, be curious, and always remember that your potential is limitless.

Over the recent years, all approaches to educational reforms in SJCE have been thoughtfully planned to forge a synthesis of academic content and skill development. We infuse the 4Cs of Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration and Creativity in all our educational practices enabling our students to better meet the dynamics of a global work environment.

The words of Swami Vivekananda “Arise! Awake! and Stop-Not Till the Goal is Reached“ act as our motto and watchword that will always inspire our students throughout their lives.
