Women Empowerment Cell of St. Joseph College of Engineering was established in 2010. The women empowerment cell aims to give women faculties and students equal opportunities. The women empowerment cell seeks to empower female students and faculty, increase their awareness of women's issues, and create a safe environment for girls and women on college campus. The women empowerment cell focuses on raising awareness of women's rights and responsibilities to address issues and problems about women. Additionally, it gives women a forum to express their opinions and experiences about their place in society. With the goal of uplifting female students both intellectually and socially, the cell advocates for women's empowerment by hosting guest lectures and workshops.
1. The aim is to enhance the overall welfare of female students, faculty members, and non-teaching staff of the college. Additionally, the goal is to foster harmony through gender equity and instill the spirit of personal and professional proficiency to serve as a global leader.
1. The women empowerment cell organizes various awareness programs on health, legal issues, and leadership to uplift female students socially and intellectually and equip them with the necessary knowledge for professional success.
